I love the graphics, the slight breathing motion with the move of the cursor, the poor missing cat. (was she even real?) What I felt lacked was the plot. "(Assumed white) girl has depression, does she finally cave in and commit suicide, or does she move from town to town and live a sad lonely life". It felt too one sided. All doom and gloom and no intermittent bursts of happiness.

side question: Does she ever Find Luna?

be-bop-a-lula this is mighty fine, but why is the text so damn small in the sea of blue background?

A game and/ or story of such topic deserves more than upvotes and comments from Newgrounds. That being said, the execution was top notch. I didn't care for the motion movement with the cursor (I am one of "those" people with the motion sensory problem) but felt that the effect was necessary, making you (as the player) feel more like the character.

Above all else, I LOVE the art style. It's like a perfect mix of digital watercolor and other art styles I cant think of.

That damn screwdriver... Not sure why I enjoy the monotonous clicking left, right, up, down, a million times on the compass thinking it's going to give me something, but I do. props for having only 3 (or so) cycled in backgrounds.

why even upload it if it's not finished?

Any other time of the year I would have passed this off as cutesy and just another short game. But today, this actually made me cry (lost my 8 y/o dog last year today to brain cancer, have 2 new doggies now). Any game that successfully and accurately plays with ones emotions is a win in my game book.

It works! and works well. Just not a very engaging type of game. mostly button mashing and what not.

thanks a lot <3 <3

First and foremost, if you know the game is not going to work properly on the first load, try and problem solve before uploading it. (I refreshed at least 8 times and nothing happened).

Second, you need some guidance; some kind of instructions or something so when the game ever loads you're not stuck dickin' around with figuring out the game.

Note: I tried the other 2 cube games and they didnt work properly, so maybe it's my browser or something. Still, this could use a lot of work.

How did a game (that doesn't load, let alone play) even get past the judgement team????
